I’ve spent nearly a decade working in a mental health and addiction treatment center, where I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate some of life’s toughest challenges. With a background in psychology and a master’s in mental health and wellness, I’ve honed my skills through specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and somatic healing among other healing modalities.

I believe humans have an innate ability to heal themselves. We are equipped with all the resources we need within our being. I have spent years exploring holistic living and have found healing is rooted in being rather than doing. I believe small, sustainable + intentional shifts in life yield the most powerful results. I wish for each person to tap into their own innate body wisdom, returning to a place of unity, alignment + ease.
